Email netiquette: What do we not like about email communication?
... lack of personal touch, the problem with dozens of SPAM mails, long response time, misunderstandings because of short-hand style, no subject lines or missing attachments, a lack of clear structure, or in some cases simply too many messages in your inbox after a short absence? So, as all complain about this phenomenon, in a round-table discussion with Master students we thought about strategies to improve the situation. What are the common mistakes when people write email messages? And how can we avoid them and make sure our communication is professional and business-like?
