Warm-up: Getting to know the others on the courseStudents will be encouraged to embrace cultural diversity as an opportunity rather in order to benefit from international teams. They will be able to manage intercultural teams, use international career strategies for their own professional development and master complex communicative tasks such as chairing international meetings and resolving problems arising from critical incidents. Every student will be empowered to design their personal internationalization plan and document their progress in a portfolio.

group exercise prove-itStudents will set up a simulated company and communicate with companies,institutions and individuals in different countries. The international project environment will enable the participants to learn about the workings of a company as well as to practice dealing with international project partners in a near-realistic situation. Students will be able to put their intercultural knowledge into practice in real contact with foreign partners in the preparation of a project meeting.


planning the fairParticipants will build teams and create and manage their own clearly-defined promotional or awareness-raising projects for our client (a German-Indian Logistics Company). In the whole group participants will face the questions:
- “What are the client’s needs and how can I find them out and document them?”
- “How can we promote logistics services on a trade fair?”
- “What is my role as a multiplier and how can mentoring skills facilitate this?”
- ”What prejudices can occur in Indian business and how to overcome ethical problems?”
